I had been a loyal customer here for over 20 years, but after a recent situation with their management, I will never go back. Over the years, I had put up with the cold reception here only because I loved the hairdressers and one facialist there. My facialist left during COVID and it has not been the same. When I tried another facialist, and while she was nice, she had started my service 10 minutes late, but still ended the session on time and charged me the full price. When I brought this to the attention of management, they refused to give me a refund for the difference and only gave me the option to get a store credit. I thought it was ludicrous and quite a disgrace to treat a loyal customer like this, especially since I have never, ever brought up any issues with them in the past.
