Over the years, I had put up with the cold reception here only because I loved the hairdressers and one facialist there. My facialist left during COVID and it has not been the same. When I tried another facialist, and while she was nice, she had started my service 10 minutes late, but still ended the session on time and charged me the full price. When I brought this to the attention of management, they refused to give me a refund for the difference and only gave me the option to get a store credit.
